Quail Run Salon & Flowers, an AVEDA salon, is a family owned and operated hair salon and florist. Quail Run is committed to providing quality service to our clients in both our AVEDA salon and in our floral services. Quail Run is a member of the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona State Floral Association.

The mission of Quail Run, Inc. is to be a leading provider of professional hair and floral services for our customers in a manner that is respectful of the Earth.

Policies

Payment:
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. Credit card guarantee is required when booking multiple appointments and for parties of three or more using salon services.

Cancellation Policy:
Services cancelled in less than the requested time will be billed 50% of the
published rate of each service. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice for individual ppointments and 72 hours for parties of three or more using salon services.

Pricing:
Subject to change without notice.

Gratuity:
Gratuities are at your discretion. Gratuities cannot be added to your credit/debit transaction.

Return Policy:
Aveda products purchased at Quail Run, or an Aveda Lifestlye/Concept Salon, may be returned or exchanged if  accompanied by original receipt. Aveda make-up cannot be returned. All other returns, if within thirty days, will be issued as an in-store credit. All services are non-refundable. Hair clients are encouraged to return within five days of a service to correct a cut or new color service. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates:
Gift cards are available for all services and products.  AVEDA Gift Cards honored. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Safety and Comfort:
Quail Run is a place to escape from everyday stresses. We want to ensure you feel safe and comfortable in our environment. If for some reason you do not feel safe and comfortable please inform our staff.

Color & Retexture Guarantee:
Quail Run guarantees 100% satisfaction with new color services within the first five days of the service.  Guaranty thereafter will be based on the use of recommended AVEDA hair products.  Color cleansing may require more than one paid service to achieve desired result and is not guaranteed.
